Family Perpetual Membership

I would like to enroll the following members of my family as Associate Members in the Missionary Society of St. Columban to share in the Masses, prayers and work of Columban missionaries worldwide.

When you make an offering for a Perpetual Membership Enrollment, you share in the following spiritual benefits of the Society:

• 2,000 Masses are offered each year for Associate Members.
• Special Masses offered at Christmas, Easter, and throughout the year.
• Daily public prayers are offered in all of our Seminaries and Mission houses.
• The prayers and sacrifices of all Columban missionaries

You must complete a new form for each membership request.
